- Worked on various areas in statistical genetics including GWAS, aggregation tests, metabolomics, causal gene prioritization, integration of association data with molecular QTLs and gene features
2018-2019: Master’s Project at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata
- Developed a novel classification method based on optimal histogram construction in one and multiple dimensions
